Rukmava Chatterjee earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2014. After working for 1.5 years on automobile HVAC systems in the Climate Control Group, Engineering Research Center at Tata Motors Ltd, Rukmava joined the LEAD group in Spring 2016. His research interests focus on understanding phase change heat transfer at micro-nano scale and development of passive anti-icing/frosting coatings for industrial ice-protection technologies. Apart from saving the world from ice, Rukmava enjoys playing cricket, getting lost amidst the bosom of nature and photographing moments.
